The 2023 HERO Golf Tournament will be held at the renowned 12 Oaks Golf Course and Country Club in Holly Springs, NC on October 23rd, 2023. Come enjoy a relaxing day of golf to support those that work hard to support our community. Join us as we swing for these local heroes in this 4-person scramble. 100% of the proceeds will be donated directly to the First Responders of Holly Springs.
Both police and fire foursomes will have a sponsored team and will compete for the Boots and Badges trophy, to be awarded at the conclusion of the tournament. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided along with an opportunity to win additional prizes. Awards ceremony to be announced by WRAL’s morning anchor, Jeff Hogan.

The Jack Nicklaus-designed, 7,132+ yard course will challenge golfers of all skill levels. Water comes into play on several holes, challenging the more skillful player with a Nicklaus-style "go for broke" shot while at the same time, offering the more risk-averse player a bail-out area. The course is a scenic beauty as well, with undulating fairways and indigenous wetland vegetation framing several holes. Her beauty is often a Siren's call, however beckoning the inattentive player into "treacherous waters"…quite literally.
